Following the renovation of an Edwardian semi-detached townhouse, the garden was designed to complement a new contemporary extension and to tie in the old with the new.

The garden is divided into two distinct spaces both viewed from, and through, the glass walled extension. On the north side, an enclosed courtyard is paved in light limestone paving with brick detailing. On the west side, a calm green lawn is reached by the terrace steps enclosed by hedging, shrubs and herbaceous planting with a water feature to draw the eye.
