Situated opposite the church, with wonderful open views to the rear, the design of the garden reflects the advantages of the position, opening up vistas yet providing shelter and seclusion. 

 

The garden was developed over a period of time in pace with developments and alterations to the house.  Initial designs were for the main terrace and lawn tennis court. These were followed by designs for the herb garden at the base of an ‘oast-house’, the front driveway, forecourt and the vegetable garden.
